About Elizabeth's at the Art Museum
TASTE and SEA. Live (and eat) fully. Welcome to Elizabethβs, where all things are inspired by beauty. We believe that variety is the spice of life, richness comes in many forms, and that the temptation of a good baklava never hurt anybody. Tucked away overlooking the harbor, guests can escape to an all-but-mundane mix of Mediterranean-inspired cuisine, cocktails and charm within the walls of the iconic Art Museum of South Texas.
Elizabeth's at the Art Museum is a restaurant in Corpus Christi, Texas. It is listed at 1902 N Shoreline Blvd, Corpus Christi, TX 78401, which places it among the local businesses of Corpus Christi that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by.
This group covers the non-Asian restaurants, cafes, bars and food businesses that also appear in a mixed-cuisine food scene, including American diners, pizza, Mexican food, burgers, steakhouses and bakeries. Standard US restaurant norms apply: lunch and dinner service with a quieter stretch between, cards and tap-to-pay accepted almost everywhere, and a tip of 15-20% customary for table service. Fast food and quick-service counters expect payment up front and tipping is optional. Bars check ID for anyone who looks under 30, and the drinking age is 21 nationwide. Many restaurants in this group take reservations online through third-party platforms, while casual and fast-food spots are walk-in only. Sales tax is added at the register on top of the menu price and varies by city and state, so the final total is usually a few percent higher than the posted prices suggest.
Hours are published for 6 days a week. The most common schedule is 11 amβ3 pm. It is closed on Monday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Elizabeth's at the Art Museum at (361) 882-8785; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. Corpus Christi is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Corpus Christi follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Do not come here, if you want to eat. Come for a long wait time, bay view, very long wait time, coffee with a mandatory spoon of sugar, flatbread, eggs and extra long wait time. We waited 45 minutes just to be seated. Waited 30 minutes to get coffee - donβt order, I tried it, so you wouldnβt have to. Waited 30 minutes for a flatbread - yes, it is just a flatbread, they put eggs, bacon, onions on top, and it tastes exactly, as you think it would. We waited one hour for two lamb sausages covered in greek yogurt. Unless they had to hunt that lamb, there is no explanation, why it took so long. 90 minutes wait time to get a bowl of peppers(see picture). Had to take the whole family to the other place after that to eat.

Fantastic place. We had brunch at Hesterβs and decided to have Turkish coffee and Moroccan Mint tea at the museum - Elizabethβs at the Art Museum. Itβs inside the museum. They let us walk to the restaraunt. Excellence in service, presentation, and FOOD! We came for the Turkish Coffee and decided to have the SHAKSHUKA (poached eggs with warm peppers and tomato sauce served with baguette) even though we were full from BRUNCH AT Hesterβs). It was outstanding. For parking, park for free in front of of museum down next to the water. Highly recommend.

This mediterranean style restaurant is located in a quaint art museum, offering beautiful views of the ocean and exceptional service. I reserved a table through Google Assistant as I couldn't reach restaurant via phone but they were not busy during lunch anyway. After entering through museum, you walk a bit to find this gorgeous atmosphere. We chose to sit outside but shouldve stayed in as it was cold and windy lol! They have great lunch specials and tapas. Our servers were very knowledgeable and professional. Food was outstanding, loved the dip trio and sauces. The sweet potato fries are the best! Highly reccommend for a healthy but filling lunch for your beach adventure.

This place was amazing. The waitress (General Manager) was very friendly and professional. She made sure I enjoyed my food and had everything I needed. It is very fancy and pretty inside but the prices are awesome. Definitely coming back!
